Words from my Peers

The North’s greatest strength is its people! This holds true in my community and across the region. I’ve been privileged to work with remarkable individuals, teachers, and mentors, and I cherish conversations with residents, businesses, and industry leaders. Over the past 20 years, I’ve grown into a strong advocate for our northern part of the County, the Municipality as a whole and the greater Northwest area. Some of these letters were written during my previous Provincial Nomination campaign, while others are new. If you’d like to share why I’m your choice for election day, please contact me anytime to share your thoughts publicly.

An Open Letter from Bill Neufeld

July 25, 2018 – This letter was written during my Provincial Nomination Race, and Bill has since passed.  His mentorship, friendship and knowledge sharing over the years was invaluable.  His leadership style was collaboration, with strong undercurrent for getting things accomplished.  I was truly blessed to work with Bill for all those years.

I have been on council with Lisa for 14 years and have yet to meet a more devoted and informed individual. Knowing her and her history of being a Northern advocate.

An Open Letter from Don Wickberg

May 14, 2018 – Don originally wrote this for my Provincial Nomination Race.  Working with the team at Poncho Well Servicing for all those years was an amazing opportunity and truly felt like family. Always wondered what his ‘unique communication skills’ meant… but if you know me you can probably figure it out!

She has very unique communication skills, vast knowledge of the region, and she is not afraid to stand-up for the people she represents.
